OMAD Transformation
This is my transition from obese to fit. When I first found out about eating one meal a day, it was not a popular or well know approach to weight loss. I was motivated to follow this approach without any grandiose expectations, yet I decided to give it a shot as my last resort. I did not have a shirtless picture of those days, in part because of my own embarrassment and in part because I had no real belief that I could lose any more than 10 or 20 lbs. I followed the OMAD regimen without any changes in the food I hate, without counting calories, and without changes in my workout routine. This consisted only of a 45 min brisk walk around the neighborhood. Soon enough, as the pounds began to peel off, I increased the walking time to 2 hrs and then switch to calisthenics and tennis, eventually to do more than 2 hrs of daily workout routine. Today, as I look at my picture of back then, it feels as unbelievable that this was me, as I would have believed back then that I could become fit as I am today. OMAD is the secret!
