The Benefits of OMAD

OMAD, extreme?

One meal a day (OMAD) is the most extreme form of intermittent fasting. However, it is not hard to get used to eating only once a day. I started doing this in November 2008 when I was weighing 227 lb or 103 Kg. My fat content was 40% back then. I would say it takes 3 weeks to get used to it. So soon you will not feel so hungry, and your food will begin to taste fantastic, no matter what you eat.

The benefits of intermittent fasting in general and OMAD in particular, are numerous. Here is an introduction to these benefits. I have experienced them.
